Maune Development Company is an industrial real estate investment and development firm focused on the St. Louis metropolitan area. Founded in 2002 by Ramsey Maune, MDC draws on more than 30 years of experience in industrial investment, development, and asset management - including leadership of a 10-million square foot, $500 million portfolio for a publicly traded REIT.
MDC currently serves as the managing member of 16 industrial properties in St. Louis and is targeting value-add acquisitions and speculative development of shallow bay, multi-tenant industrial properties.

Property Type: Value-add light industrial buildings
Size Range: Between 20,000 and 100,000 sq. ft.
Condition: Will consider vacant buildings
Location: Prefer in-fill locations
