Ramsey Maune brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, with deep expertise in industrial investment, development, and portfolio management.

Before founding MDC, Ramsey served as Senior Vice President of St. Louis Operations for Duke Realty Corporation and was a member of its management committee. He oversaw 70 employees and a portfolio of more than 10 million square feet of industrial and office assets valued at $500 million. Under his leadership, the St. Louis operation earned the company's "Business Unit of the Year Award," ranking first among 14 markets nationwide.

Earlier in his career, Ramsey was Vice President of Leasing with Trammell Crow Company, where he handled leasing for a portfolio of over 5M sq. ft. for Crow entities and institutional partners including CALPERS, TEACHERS and Harvard Private Capital.

Ramsey is based in Santa Barbara, California and maintains active relationships with brokers, owners, lenders and institutional partners throughout the St. Louis market.
